Benjamin Schafer

Benjamin Schafer is currently the Global Quality Manager at AVIRE, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Benjamin served as Manufacturing Manager at PGF Technology Group from December 2021 to September 2024, and as Production Engineering Manager and Quality Manager at Apollo America Inc. from February 2019 to December 2021. Benjamin's career began at BorgWarner Inc., where roles included Manufacturing Engineer and Customer Quality Engineer from June 2014 to February 2019, alongside participation in the Emergency Response Team as an Interior Firefighter. Benjamin also gained experience as a Quality Engineering Co-op Supervisor and as a Quality Engineer Co-op at BorgWarner from December 2012 to August 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, obtained between 2009 and 2014, and a high school diploma from Winston Churchill High School.
