Gemma Greenway is an experienced business manager and product management leader with a strong background in driving services and product life-cycle management across various industries. Currently serving as Business Manager at Avire since March 2022, Gemma specializes in establishing a recurring revenue/services arm and creating new market opportunities. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Product Management and Senior Product Manager at Limbs & Things, where Gemma led a team through comprehensive product strategies and implemented a research training framework. Gemma's extensive tenure at Dyson spanned over a decade, during which various positions were held, including Commercial Manager for New Product Development and Brand Manager for Europe, focusing on cross-functional team leadership and brand strategy execution. Gemma holds a Master of Arts in Brand Development from Bath Spa University and a Bachelor of Arts in Language & Communication from Cardiff University.
