Katie McKenzie is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in writing, art, and fashion retail. Currently serving as a Writer and Researcher at AVirtual since June 2018, Katie produces diverse content across various industries, including travel, lifestyle, and sustainability. As an artist, Katie creates sculptural, monochrome artworks and metallic expressionistic paintings, one of which, "Tribal Symmetry," highlights African heritage and was featured in the film "Wonder Woman." Previous roles include Senior Buyer & Product Developer at Pick n Pay, where Katie enhanced sustainability in menswear, and various positions in buying and product development at companies such as DUNNS CLOTHING and Woolworths. Katie holds degrees in Fashion Design and a Bachelor of Arts in History of Art & English.
