Balamurugan Rajangam

Balamurugan Rajangam has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Balamurugan started their career as a Project Engineer at Polaris Software Labs Ltd. in 2006 and worked there until 2009. Following this, Balamurugan joined Mphasis (An Eds Company) Private Limited in Mumbai as a Senior Software Engineer for a brief period. In 2009, they joined Cognizant as an Associate Projects member and progressed to the role of Technology Specialist, specializing in OpenText Teamsite/Livesite SME and coordinating with multiple stakeholders and business teams. In 2021, Balamurugan was promoted to Technology Architect at Cognizant, where they were responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Teamsite projects and worked closely with E-commerce teams for various regions. Most recently, they joined Avis Budget Group in 2023 as a Lead Engineer.

Balamurugan Rajangam received a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Srinivasa Institute of Engineering and Technology between the years 2002 and 2006. In addition to their formal education, Balamurugan also obtained certifications in Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) and Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in the year 2023.
