Mónica Martín

Mónica Martín is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Iberia & Brand Ambassador at Avis Budget Group since September 2021. Mónica previously held the role of Talent & Employer Branding Specialist at Hertz from March 2017 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a multibrand structure. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Assistant at PCHR and as a Freelance HR Consultant, where Mónica mentored candidates and networked with HR colleagues. Mónica started a career in recruitment as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at ADC Recursos Humanos, lasting a decade. Mónica is pursuing a degree in Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition at Universitat de Barcelona, complemented by postgraduate education in HR from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a licentiate degree in Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona.
