Ricardo Casco has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in sales and marketing. Ricardo began their career at Procter & Gamble as a Sales Leader from 1999 to 2001. Ricardo then joined Warner Music Group as a Sales and Marketing Manager from 2001 to 2003. Following that, Ricardo worked at LATAM Airlines as a Regional Sales Manager from 2003 to 2004 and later as the Director of Leisure Sales from 2004 to 2006. At LATAM Airlines, they were responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies and launching the company's tour operator business. Ricardo then joined Discovery Inc, where they first served as the Director of Latin America and Caribbean from 2006 to 2008.
