Xolani Dladla

Xolani Dladla (MBA) has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Xolani started their career at Standard Bank Group in 2007, where they worked as an Assistant Finance Manager before moving on to become a Credit Analyst and later a Manager in Originations and Portfolio Management. In 2015, they became a Credit Collections Manager at Standard Bank Group.

In 2015, Xolani joined Real People Group as a Credit Risk Manager before moving to Eqstra Holdings Limited in 2016 to take on the role of National Credit Manager. Their most recent position is with Avis Budget Group, where they currently serve as the Head of Credit and Account Receivables.

Xolani Dladla completed the International Executive Development Programme - BANKSETA in 2022 at Regenesys. In 2017, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from GIBS Business School. Prior to that, in 2016, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business from GIBS Business School. Xolani's undergraduate degree, a B Com Accounting, was obtained from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, although the specific dates are not provided.
