Rajeev Dewan

Rajeev Dewan is currently the Director at Avisa Diagnostics. Prior to this, they were with TSX Venture Exchange, SuperCharger Fintech Accelerator, McMillan LLP, and Weir Foulds LLP where they were a partner and senior associate. Rajeev has been working in the securities and private equity practice and has notable engagements that include advising Treasury Metals Inc. in connection with a private placement, and GreenSky Capital Inc. in the establishment of the GreenSky Accelerator Fund I, LP. Rajeev also has experience with VIQ Solutions Inc., Difference Capital Financial Inc., Cancana Resources Corp., Upsnap Inc., 4Front Capital Partners Ltd., Mackie Research Capital Corporation, and Industrial Alliance Securities Inc.

Rajeev Dewan has a certificate in Islamic finance from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts (with distinction) in Economics from the University of Toronto.
