Todd Taylor

Todd Taylor is the CEO and Co-Founder of Avisen Legal. Todd has over 15 years of experience as a corporate attorney, advising clients on securities offerings and disclosures, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, key contracts, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. Todd has a strong interest in sustainability and cyber-security issues.

Previously, Todd was a shareholder at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A., where they provided experienced and sophisticated legal and business counsel to clients. Todd was also lead counsel in a number of public and private company debt and equity financings, as well as merger negotiations. Before that, Todd was an attorney at Rider Bennett, LLP, where they helped clients meet their corporate finance and SEC reporting needs in a rapidly changing industry. Rider Bennett dissolved soon after Todd joined.

Todd has also served as a corporate counsel section council member for the Minnesota State Bar Association.

Todd Taylor has a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science/Todd'story from the University of St. Thomas. Todd is also a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor from the Alliance of Mergers & Aquistion Advisors.
