Lynda Keating

Lynda Keating has a strong background in talent management and leadership development. Lynda is currently working as the VP, Chief Talent Officer at Aviso Wealth, where they are responsible for managing talent acquisition and development. Prior to this role, they held various leadership positions, including VP, People & Client Experience and Director, Talent Management. Before joining Aviso Wealth, Lynda worked as the EVP Leadership and Culture at ACHIEVEBLUE Corporation. Lynda also worked at Seagate Technology as a Senior Staff Consultant, at Achieveblue as EVP, Culture & Leadership Practice, at Loblaw Companies Limited as Sr. Director Leadership and OD, at Fidelity Investments as VP L&D, and at CIBC as VP Knowledge Network and Senior Director Global Recruitment Strategies. Earlier in their career, Lynda gained experience as a Consultant at Hay Management Consultants and as a Program Manager at Bank of Montreal.

Lynda Keating has a Bachelor of Arts degree (HBA) in History and English from York University. Lynda also holds a Bachelor of Education degree (BEd) with a focus on History and English from the University of Toronto.
