Before joining CIBC Mellon, they served as a Senior Manager - Service delivery at Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd from July 2016 to February 2019. Nilima also has a history of working at IBM, where they held various positions such as Lead Service Delivery Manager from February 2013 to June 2016, Program Manager | ITSM consultant and Security Professional from November 2010 to January 2013, Delivery Project Executive | Client Support Manager from July 2007 to November 2010, and Team Lead from April 2005 to June 2007. Nilima started their career as a Customer Service Associate at IBM in June 2004. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for various leadership, management, and technical roles related to IT service delivery, operations, and support.
