Sherri Evans, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Sherri'smost recent role was at Aviso Wealth, where they served as the SVP, Head of Service, Operations, Compliance & Talent. In this position, Sherri had the responsibility of leading multiple teams, including Operations, Service Centre, Compliance, and Partner & Client Onboarding. Sherri focused on driving productivity gains through ongoing measurement and continuous process improvement, while also strategically investing in talent identification and leadership development to enhance the employee and client experience. Prior to this role, Sherri held the position of SVP, Head of People & Client Experience at Aviso, where they oversaw Human Resources, Client Experience, and Marketing, and ensured an exceptional experience for employees, partners, advisors, and clients.

Before their time at Aviso, Sherri worked at various organizations including Gambling Research Exchange Ontario as a Board Member, NEI Investments as the Vice President of People & Strategy and later as the Vice President of Human Resources, and Hudson's Bay Company as a Director of Human Resources in different capacities. Sherri also held leadership positions as the Director of Human Resources at Cygnal Technologies and Vita-Tech.

Sherri Evans, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University in 2015, specializing in Executive MBA. In the same year, they also participated in the Board Human Resources Committee Program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Prior to this, in 2013, they obtained a Masters Certificate in Business Leadership for Human Resources Professionals from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Additionally, Sherri Evans completed their studies in Human Resources Management at George Brown College from 1995 to 1997.
