Stephen Male, CHRP has over a decade of experience in total rewards and human resources. Stephen currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards & HR Systems at Aviso Wealth, where they are responsible for overseeing all total rewards, payroll, and HR systems. Stephen has strategic planning expertise in general, sales, and executive compensation programs, and prepares reports for the Human Resource Committee and Board of Directors. Prior to their current role, Stephen was the Director of Total Rewards at Aviso Wealth, where they designed and managed compensation programs, conducted job evaluations and benchmarking, and executed compensation and rewards programs. Stephen's previous experience includes serving as the Manager of Total Rewards at Indigo, where they led total rewards initiatives, and as a Rewards Specialist at Labatt Breweries of Canada. Stephen also gained valuable experience as a Total Rewards Analyst at Spin Master Ltd., where they administered compensation and benefits programs and led total rewards projects. Stephen began their career as a Financial Services Specialist at Environment Canada, where they managed travel claims and financial inquiries. Throughout their career, Stephen has consistently demonstrated their expertise in total rewards and HR systems.

Stephen Male, CHRP completed their Honours Commerce degree with a focus on Human Resources and a minor in Economics from McMaster University. In 2015, they obtained certification as a Certified Human Resources Professional from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association.
