Ted Eng

Ted Eng, MBA, PMP, CSM, CSPO has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Ted currently holds the position of Director, Product Innovation at Aviso Wealth since October 2023, where they are responsible for driving innovation within the product portfolio. Prior to this role, they served as the Director, Product & Platform Strategy at Aviso Wealth from January 2020 to October 2023.

Before joining Aviso Wealth, Ted worked at Scotiabank from 2015 to 2020, starting as a Senior Manager, Project Management & Strategic Initiatives, and then transitioning to the role of Senior Manager, Product Strategy. In these roles, they played a key role in developing and executing product strategies and managing strategic initiatives.

From 2011 to 2015, Ted worked at TD Bank in progressively senior roles within the Canadian Banking Auto Wealth (CBAW) Project Management Office (PMO). Ted started as a Project Manager, Product PMO, Retail Banking, then moved on to become a Senior Project Manager in Canadian Banking, Auto, Wealth PMO, and finally served as a Program Director in the CBAW PMO.

Ted began their career at IBM as an IT Consultant, a position they held from 2000 to 2011. During their tenure at IBM, they provided consulting services to various clients.

Ted Eng completed their MBA in Strategic Management at the Schulich School of Business - York University from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance, as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
