David Jewkes

In June of 2017, David Jewkes joined the Las Vegas office of Avison Young as Managing Director, Brokerage Operations. He brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate management and transaction experience to Avison Young, most recently as Senior Vice-President, Nevada with Cushman & Wakefield.

During his career, Jewkes has served clients in Nevada, California, Utah, and Arizona. In addition to managing operations, he has developed specific expertise in business development and investor service.

Jewkes rejoined Cushman & Wakefield after serving for two years as president of Integris Capital Group, and three years as executive director of Commerce TNP. He initially joined Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce in late 2007 through the acquisition of Burnham Real Estate, where he held senior executive positions in Las Vegas and San Diego. During his tenure with Burnham, he launched the firm’s asset recovery services practice and became qualified to work as a receiver. Since 2009, he has acted as a court-appointed receiver in cases covering more than 120 assets in 15 jurisdictions in Nevada, California, Utah, and Arizona. Also at Burnham, he expanded the company’s Las Vegas operations through the acquisitions of two prominent Las Vegas companies.
