Kirk Rich CCIM, SIOR serves as Principal at Avison Young since January 2017. Prior to this role, Kirk was the President and Founder of Rich Real Estate Services, Inc. from February 2001 to January 2017, where significant growth transformed the company into one of Atlanta’s leading boutique real estate firms. Kirk's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Marketing Services at The Griffin Company from 1987 to 2001, focusing on brokerage messaging and training programs. Kirk holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine University (1982-1985) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business (1980-1982).
