Brandon Polakoff

Brandon Polakoff is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investment sales, currently serving as Principal and Executive Director of Tri-State Investment Sales at Avison Young since March 2018. Brandon's accolades include recognition in the 2021 Globe Street 50 Under 40, 2022 Crain’s New York Notable Leaders in Real Estate, and 2023 AY Top Global Producer. Previous roles include Senior Director, where Brandon was honored as a 2020 Crain’s Rising Star in Real Estate, and Director, receiving multiple awards including the 2018 Commercial Observer 30 Under 30. Earlier career experiences include investment sales at Cushman & Wakefield and various summer analyst positions in acquisitions. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford and has participated in additional education at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
