Previous roles include Managing Director at ETHOS Advisors, Vice President and National Practice Leader of Industrial Services at CRESA, and Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis, where strategic real estate solutions and portfolio optimization were prioritized. Academically, Carl holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Data Analytics and is currently pursuing a PhD in Economic Development at The University of Southern Mississippi.
