Chris Baer

Chris Baer is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across several prominent companies. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Avison Young since February 2017, Chris has previously held the same title at Colliers International and worked at Ramsey-Shilling Commercial Real Estate and Grubb & Ellis, where notable achievements include being a Top 10 Producer from 1989 to 2006 and earning accolades as Top Office Broker in 1997 and 2006. Chris began academic pursuits at the University of San Francisco, continued at UCLA earning a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, and is currently attending the University of Southern California.
