Chris Millar

Chris Millar is an accomplished professional currently serving as Director at Avison Young since September 2023, contributing to a team dedicated to delivering impactful projects for both private and public sector clients. Previously, Chris held the position of Associate Director and Head of Project Management at Capita Local Public Service from April 2022 to September 2023, leading a team to implement various projects for local and national government authorities in the UK. Before that, Chris was a Project Lead at Arup for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating international projects, with earlier experience as a Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southampton and A-Levels from Alleyn's School, achieving top grades in Mathematics, Physics, and Politics.
