Chris Fraser, CCIM is Managing Director of Avison Young’s South Carolina and Savannah, GA offices, comprised of brokerage and property management professionals providing coverage throughout the region. As one of the Charleston area’s top lease/development specialists, he has leased several hundred thousand square feet of office space throughout the region and has developed office, hospitality, retail and sports facilities. He has held his broker’s license since 1985 and his CCIM designation since 1989.
