David Major-Lapierre

David Major-Lapierre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and research, currently serving as Principal and Global Art Director at Avison Young since February 2011. In this role, David oversees the marketing and branding needs for the Montreal offices and manages the marketing of various property types, including office, retail, industrial, multiplex, and land. David also leads research and market intelligence operations, combining best marketing practices with cutting-edge data to provide comprehensive solutions for Avison Young clients and internal teams. Prior to this, David held multiple roles at Personnel Alter Ego from February 2009 to February 2011 and worked as a legal administrative assistant at Beauchamp et Salvaggio in 2010. David is an alumnus of UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal.
