James. Cali

James Cali is a seasoned professional in the data center and technology sectors, currently serving as the Principal & Managing Director of the Data Center Advisory Practice at Avison Young since June 2016. In this role, James established a new global advisory segment and collaborated with leadership to create a strategy aimed at enterprise clients. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield, where James focused on end user real estate consulting for the data center and telecom sectors, and roles at One Equity Partners, Global Crossing, Qwest Communications, and Sprint, where James led business development and product marketing initiatives. James holds an MS in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics & Computer Science from the State University of New York Cortland.
