Jay Singer

Jay Singer is an experienced Senior Project Manager at Avison Young, having joined in February 2022. Prior roles include Vice President of Construction Management at Republic Bank, where management of high-end bank branch developments in the New York City metro area occurred. Jay's tenure also includes significant project management roles at Unilever, managing a $113 million renovation of corporate headquarters, and at Cushman & Wakefield and Citi, overseeing multiple bank branch projects. Earlier experience includes managing retail branch office developments at Morgan Stanley and project management roles at Marin Architects, TD Bank Group, and Commerce Bancorp, where high-end bank branch projects were also overseen. Jay holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute.
