Jeremy Moser, CPA, CMA, is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate and fund accounting. Currently serving as Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Advisor at Avison Young since August 2016, Jeremy specializes in assisting clients with office space solutions, lease negotiations, and strategic occupancy planning. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Representative at Colliers International Canada, where the focus was on securing optimal lease terms for clients, and as a Senior Fund Accountant at CACEIS (Canada) Limited and Butterfield Fulcrum, where Jeremy led teams and managed substantial client assets across diverse hedge fund strategies. Jeremy's academic background includes an Honours Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Windsor.
