Keith Crutcher

Keith Crutcher is an accomplished real estate professional with over 30 years of diverse experience in commercial real estate across the southeastern United States. As the Owner and President of Sooner Management Company, Inc. since 1994, Keith has managed a personal portfolio and strategic partnerships, overseeing significant property transactions that have generated over $25 million in value. Currently serving as Vice President at Avison Young, Keith previously held the role of Managing Director and Principal at Front Street Management Group, where significant increases in Net Operating Income were achieved. Keith's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Gainesville Real Estate Management Company, Equity Residential, and Property Company of America, starting a career in property management as a Leasing Agent. Keith holds a degree from Oklahoma State University.
