Lucy Hayes

Lucy Hayes is a Chartered Surveyor currently working at Avison Young since January 2023, having previously served as a Graduate Surveyor. Prior to this role, Lucy gained experience as a Consultant at Cadence Resourcing from June to December 2022 and as a Ski Instructor Course Representative at NothinButSnow from January to April 2022. Lucy also worked as an Au Pair for a private family from November 2020 to December 2021 and held a position as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Joules from October 2015 to January 2016. Educationally, Lucy holds a Real Estate BSc (Hons) degree from the Royal Agricultural University, completed in 2019, and graduated from Shrewsbury High School GDST in 2016.
