Marc Krieger

Marc Krieger is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with 41 years of experience in New Jersey and New York. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Avison Young Commercial Real Estate since September 2014, Marc specializes in representing occupiers and investors in the acquisition and disposition of various commercial properties, having overseen transactions involving over 11 million square feet across Northern New Jersey and Rockland County, New York. Previously, as Managing Director at The Kwartler Companies from December 1994 to September 2014, Marc coordinated brokerage and marketing activities for institutional clients, managing approximately 6 million square feet of properties. Additionally, Marc was President of Krieger & Co., focusing on commercial brokerage and management services in the same regions. Marc holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Education from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
