Marcel Funke

Marcel Funke is a Director of Real Estate Investment at Avison Young, where they focus on advising owners, users, and investors of commercial properties in Germany. With over 12 years of experience in brokerage and consulting, Marcel has completed more than 60 leasing transactions covering over 20,000 square meters and facilitated property sales totaling over 430 million euros. Marcel previously held positions at Wohnungsbau Ludwigsburg and DTZ, specializing in office leasing and capital markets. Currently, Marcel is pursuing degrees in Business Administration and Cultural Studies at Toyo University and the International School of Management, respectively, while also enhancing their English proficiency at Studio Cambridge.
