Matthew Schrauth is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 30 years of experience representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in lease and sales transactions. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Avison Young since October 2019, Matthew's career includes prior roles as Senior Vice President at Strategic Retail Group and Vice President at Omni American. Matthew relocated to Phoenix in 1987 after a 15-year residency in Telluride, Colorado, where a passion for skiing, mountain climbing, and whitewater kayaking flourished.
