Neil Lacheur

Neil Lacheur is the Executive Vice President, Property Management at Avison Young. Prior to their current role, Neil served as the Senior Vice President, Customer Experience at QuadReal Property Group from February 2017 to December 2019. In this role, Neil was responsible for the company’s overall customer service strategy with the goal of enhancing a customer centric culture within the organization.

Before joining QuadReal, Neil spent 9 years at Bentall Kennedy LP where they served as Vice President - Property Management from January 2008 to January 2017. In this role, Neil was responsible for a portfolio of commercial real estate assets totaling roughly 5,000,000 square feet.

Neil began their career in real estate at Manulife Financial in February 2003 as the Property Director. In this role, Neil reported to the Regional Director and was responsible for a portfolio of Office and Industrial commercial real estate assets totalling roughly 5,000,000 square feet.

Neil has also held positions as Vice President, Real Estate at Captivate Network from January 2001 to December 2003 and at Elevator News Network from January 1995 to December 2001.

Neil Lacheur holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Victoria.
