Neil Resnick

Neil Resnick is a prominent figure in the commercial real estate industry, currently serving as the Founding Principal of Avison Young Southern California since August 2011. Under Neil Resnick's leadership, the Los Angeles office has grown significantly, expanding from a three-person group to over 150 associates across four locations in the region. Prior to this role, Neil Resnick held the position of Executive Vice President and National Director of the Tenant Services Group at Grubb & Ellis from February 2001 to August 2011 and served as Senior Vice President at CB Richard Ellis from June 1986 to February 2001. Neil Resnick earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara, completing studies in two separate programs from 1972 to 1978.
