Peter Greenhalgh

Peter Greenhalgh is an experienced professional in the field of real estate, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Avison Young since September 2016, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial real estate facilities in the Philadelphia region. Prior to this role, Peter co-founded Waldron Commercial Realty Advisors, where Peter was Principal and Broker from July 2014 to September 2016, focusing on commercial and industrial real estate. Peter's earlier experience includes a 33-year tenure at Cushman & Wakefield as a Director, where responsibilities included commercial real estate sales and leasing in suburban Philadelphia. Additionally, Peter worked as Market Development Manager at West Pharmaceutical Services from 1978 to 1981, supporting sales efforts in Latin America and Europe and conducting market research in Southeast Asia. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BS in Business Administration from Villanova University.
