Rand Stephens

Rand Stephens is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Principal & Managing Director at Avison Young Commercial Real Estate since June 2010, Rand has previously held leadership roles including Managing Partner at Mohr Partners, where recognition was achieved as Managing Partner of the Year in 2007, and Senior Managing Director at Studley following a merger with Blackstone Partners. Rand co-founded Blackstone Partners, where tenure as Managing Partner involved working with local companies in Houston. Significant contributions were also made at InSite Realty Partners as a Partner, where Rand helped develop the firm into a diversified real estate company, and at Trammell Crow Company as Marketing Principal, overseeing a substantial portfolio in Houston. Educational credentials include a BA in Computer Science from Dartmouth College and a preparatory education at Phillips Exeter Academy.
