Richard Breton

Richard Breton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in brokerage and operations management. Currently serving as Principal and Vice President of Brokerage Services at Avison Young since April 2021, Richard successfully led Québec operations, achieving over 250% revenue growth through strategic expansions and new business line introductions. Previously, Richard held the position of Vice-President and General Manager at Devencore Real Estate Services Ltd, where efforts resulted in over 20% annual growth and increased profits ahead of a business sale. Earlier roles at Xerox included National Director of Channel Partner Operations and Director of Indirect Channel for Eastern Canada, where Richard consistently exceeded growth and profit targets and implemented innovative operational processes. Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing/Management from HEC Montréal and a recent Commercial Real Estate Brokerage certification from Collège de l'immobilier du Québec.
