Steve Geltzeiler

Steve Geltzeiler is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with extensive experience in leasing and asset management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Avison Young Commercial Real Estate since May 2014, Geltzeiler previously held the position of Director of Leasing at Denholtz Associates, where responsibilities included marketing and leasing the company's NNJ portfolio and managing real estate assets in Illinois, Kentucky, and Florida from October 2000 to November 2013. Prior roles include Director of Leasing at Mack Cali and Senior Vice President of Leasing at Bender & Company. Geltzeiler began the professional career as a Senior Auditor at Touche Ross & Company following a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lehigh University College of Business, earned from 1979 to 1983.
