Tim Crossley-Smith

Tim Crossley-Smith is an experienced professional in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as the Director of Crossreal Limited since August 2019. Prior to this, Tim held the position of Senior Director at Avison Young, overseeing the national Valuation Consultancy team for ten years before transitioning responsibilities in a structured succession plan. Additionally, Tim was a Senior Director at CB Richard Ellis, leading the National valuation team and coordinating valuation activities across the firm’s regional offices. Tim received education from St Bees School in Cumbria from 1973 to 1978. Currently, Tim is consulting with the Santander Commercial Property Risk Team and is open to new appointments starting January 2020.
