Zachary Davis

Zachary Davis currently serves as the Senior Director of National Strategy & Business Development for U.S. Project & Construction Management at Avison Young, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Zachary was the Head of Business Development for All Access & Workplace at WeWork from September 2023 to April 2024 and spent over two years at Upflex as Vice President and Director of Workplace Solutions. At Seton Hall University, Zachary contributed as Faculty Chairperson of the Customer Experience Certificate Program, educating professionals on customer experience strategies. Additional experience includes roles at Bisnow in sales and business development, an internship at Savills Studley in consulting services, and leadership positions in Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity. Zachary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Indiana University Bloomington and completed studies at Denison University.
