Rod Nafisi

Rod Nafisi, P.E., is an experienced professional in the field of Industrial Automation, currently serving as President of Avista Realtime Systems, LLC since September 2007, where innovative solutions for industry challenges are provided. In January 2019, Rod co-founded IoT International, aiming to develop secure technologies for equipment data access. Prior to these roles, Rod worked as an Application Engineer at a private SCADA and realtime data communication firm from 1999 to 2007, notably developing a Front End Application for MOSCAD. Rod holds a Master's degree in Telecommunication Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
