Stacy Zimmerman, MBA

Stacy Zimmerman, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to 2019. From 1999 to 2002, they worked as a Pool Manager for the City of Mesa, where they were responsible for overseeing assistant coaches and 40 participants, as well as organizing practices, swimming routines, meets, and performing administrative work. In 2002, they moved to Fitness Works, where they worked as a Group Fitness Instructor and was responsible for front desk and customer service duties, and was later promoted to the Accounting department to resolve customer complaints and financial issues. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as an Office Manager for Arista Medical Imaging, where they were responsible for day to day office operations, staff scheduling and training, and disciplinary concerns and reprimands. From 2012 to 2014, they worked for Celerion as a Clinical Conduct Trainer, where they were responsible for all aspects of clinical conduct events and documentation, and provided the best customer service to each participant and client. From 2014 to 2017, they worked for USA Advertising Consultants as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the Owner, where they managed all aspects of daily office function, processed and issued employee paychecks, and liaised with and assisted the company owner. Finally, from 2017 to 2019, they worked for The Summit at Sunland Springs as an Assistant Executive Director/Memory Care Director, and from 2019 to present, they have worked for Avista Senior Living as an Executive Director, where they have established and maintained census of 100%, developed and managed annual budgets, and taken on additional responsibilities.

Stacy Zimmerman earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Arizona State University in 2008. Stacy then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in 2012.
