Allyson Tanzer

Allyson Tanzer is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in leading multi-year projects and managing national development initiatives. Currently at Avista since March 2020, Allyson oversees project teams focused on recreation and hydroelectric objectives while engaging with various stakeholders. Prior experience includes managing over 30 national projects at CAN Community Health, contributing to significant revenue growth, and serving as a Pharmacy Compliance Analyst at Soaring Sky, LLC, where marketing and operational strategies were developed. Previous roles also encompass academic advising and admissions counseling at the University of South Florida and Keiser University, as well as management positions at YMCA. Allyson holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Washington State University, a Master's in Business Administration from the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee, and is pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership at Gonzaga University School of Leadership Studies.
