Andrew Paul

Andrew Paul is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in energy efficiency and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Energy Efficiency Engineer at Avista since December 2009, Andrew previously held positions as a Mechanical Engineer at Wagstaff Inc. and as a Technical Consultant at Itron. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University, and an MBA with a focus on Finance from Gonzaga University.
