Colton McCargar

Colton McCargar, CPA, currently serves as an Accounting Analyst III at Avista, responsible for accounting and financial reporting related to project and fixed asset activity. Prior to this role, Colton was a Senior Tax Accountant at Stauffer & Associates PLLC, assisting clients with tax preparation and consulting, and gained experience in audit work. Colton also held various positions in accounting and sales including internships at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories and Mission Support Alliance, along with roles at KREM TV and Spokane Indians Baseball Club. Colton holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Whitworth University and pursued further education in Accounting at Eastern Washington University.
