Courtney Powers

Courtney Powers is an experienced SCADA/ADMS engineer currently working at Avista since November 2024, following an extensive career at Wagstaff, Inc. where roles included Research and Development Automation Engineer 2, Automation Engineer 2, and Automation Specialist from June 2013 to November 2024. Courtney's expertise encompasses SCADA, PLC programming, HMI, SQL design and maintenance, database management, software and macro design, BOM review, production, and equipment testing. Prior experience includes quality assurance at Cyantest, student studies at Eastern Washington University, and customer service roles at Surf City Squeeze and Hansen & Son's Construction. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Eastern Washington University, complemented by transfer credits in Engineering from Spokane Falls Community College.
