Hossein Nikdel

Hossein Nikdel has extensive experience in technology and management, currently serving as Director at Avista since January 2016. Prior to this role, Hossein was VP and CTO at Ecova from March 2010 to January 2016, and Global IT Director at Purcell Systems from October 2008 to March 2010. Additionally, Hossein held the position of Global IT Director at Telect for nearly a decade, from November 1997 to October 2008. Earlier experience includes serving as Technical Services Manager at Olivetti North America and Olivetti/Wang Global/Getronics, and as System Analyst at the City of Spokane from 1987 to 1992. Academically, Hossein completed PhD coursework in Operations Research at Washington State University and earned a Master's degree in Math and Computer Science from Eastern Washington University.
