Meaghan Canfield

Meaghan Canfield, CPA, is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as an Accounting Analyst II at Avista since June 2023. With a strong background in tax planning and compliance, Meaghan previously worked as a Certified Public Accountant at FBCPA Group PS, Inc. from November 2021 to June 2023 and held similar roles at Omlin, Gunning & Associates and Liberty Tax. Additional experience includes serving as a Tax Associate at BDO USA, LLP, and as a Brand Auditor and Quality Assurance Specialist while self-employed for over a decade. Meaghan has also conducted quality reviews for tax preparers through Volunteer Income Tax Preparation (VITA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Gonzaga University. Currently pursuing an MBA at Eastern Washington University, Meaghan exhibits a commitment to professional development and excellence in the field.
