Meghann S.

Meghann S. is an experienced labor relations and human resources professional with a strong background in collective bargaining and employee relations. Currently serving as the Director of Labor Relations at Avista since June 2022, Meghann previously held various roles at the City of Spokane from December 2014 to June 2022, including Labor Relations Manager and Sr. Human Resources Analyst, where responsibilities included leading negotiations and administering collective bargaining agreements. Prior experience at Seattle City Light from March 2007 to December 2014 involved roles such as Division Administrator and Labor Relations Specialist, providing guidance on labor relations issues across multiple bargaining units. Meghann began the professional journey as a Human Resources Intern at Personnel Plus! Consulting and as a Staffing Coordinator at Westaff. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Carroll College.
