Nicole Hydzik

Nicole Hydzik is an accomplished professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Energy Efficiency at Avista since February 2012. Throughout the tenure at Avista, Nicole has also held various managerial positions, including Manager of Energy Solutions and Efficiency and Manager of Business Customer Services, as well as the role of Regional Account Executive. Prior experience includes a decade at Purcell Systems, where Nicole excelled as Director of Customer Operations and held positions as Manager of Customer Service and Account Manager. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from Gonzaga University between 1995 and 1999.
