Tara Lynch, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, currently serves as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Salveo Integrative Health since August 2023 and has been contributing as a PMHNP at Avita Community Partners since March 2019, focusing on inpatient crisis stabilization. Tara Lynch previously held the position of Director of the Partial Hospitalization Program at Manna Treatment & Manna Fund from March 2022 to July 2023, and also worked as a PMHNP at Salveo Integrative Health and The Hope Clinic.
