Chris McInnes Pharmd

Chris McInnes PharmD, BCGP, BCPS is an experienced pharmacist currently serving as an Informatics Pharmacist at Avita Health System since January 2023. Previously, Chris held the position of Clinical Pharmacist and Pharmacy Supervisor at Summa Health from April 2002 to February 2023, where responsibilities included leading various pharmacy software automation projects and overseeing medication reconciliation and patient discharge counseling. Chris also served as the Director of Pharmacy Services at Regency Hospital Company from August 2017 to April 2020, managing all daily pharmacy activities and leading initiatives in P&T, antibiotic stewardship, and pharmacy dosing protocols. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from The University of Toledo and a Doctor of Pharmacy from Shenandoah University.
